Amid the push for telework during the COVID-19 pandemic, it became necessary to review the main and reception phone lines, which could only be handled via fixed phones. We combined the cloud PBX "ConnecTalk" with this system and implemented it simultaneously across 62 locations nationwide. When visitors perform reception operations on an iPad, they are directly connected to the responsible person's smartphone via "ConnecTalk," eliminating the hassle of relaying calls. The ability to remotely maintain settings for all locations from a cloud management screen has also been highly praised.
